Teacher Talk Japan
Call for Articles for Teacher Talk Japan, a new quarterly publication of The Teaching in Japan Page.

Successful Classroom Activities: In this category, we seek to publish one or two successful classroom activities each quarter, so if you have a new twist on an old activity or something that you've created yourself, please consider submitting it to Teacher Talk to share with others.

Articles in this section should clearly indicate the type of institution (Eikaiwa, junior high school, etc), the ability level of the students and the optimum class size for the activity. Of course, detailed information concerning teacher preparation and materials required will be expected as well.

The Classroom Activities Section articles may be written in informal prose and should be between 500 and 1,000 words.

All articles submitted will be read by several referees, and at least one article for each section will be chosen for each quartery issue.

Articles should be sent as MS Word attachments to teachertalk@teachinginjapan.com

The Word attachment should also include your name, address, institution, length of time in Japan and a one paragraph biography. We may ask for a digital photograph from those whose articles are selected for our first quarterly journal.

We look forward to your questions, comments and article submissions for our new quarterly Teacher Talk.
