The titles above seem to be the pick of the litter as far as published materials concerned with employment issues for the prospective foreign teacher with an eye to Japan. There is obviously a good deal of information on the Web, but I have read the titles above and feel that these writers were able to give me some feel for the Japanese job experience prior to taking the great leap!
